____________________________________________
Let's Begin!
1. Open
your rosedreams8- graphic and go to
your layer palette and promote
background layer.
2. Go to
Plugins, Unplugged Tools and choose
the Spotlight filter, then apply the
following settings; X = 127, Y =
127, Focus = 127, Brightness = 111,
Hilight = 175. See example;

3. Now go
to Image, Canvas Size and use the
following settings; Lock the aspect
ratio,
then make the
Width 450, Placement = Center.

4. Go to
Selections, then Select All, Float,
Defloat. Back to Selections,
then Modify and Expand by 6 pixels.
5. Grab
your Flood Fill tool and set your
foreground color to your
jcc-etchedgold pattern, Angle at 45
and Scale 100. Fill the
expanded area.
6. Select
none.
7. Go to
Image, Add borders, flatten into a
single background image if prompted
to do so. Add a Symetrical
border of 15 pixels and set the
color to a darker color from your
image. I used #832608 and then
apply. You should now have
something that looks like the
example below.

8. With
your Magic Wand, feather and
tolerance set to 0, select the white
area on your border.
9. Grab
your Flood Fill tool again and
change the pattern on the foreground
to jcc-etchedgold3 and flood fill
the white selected area.
10. Keep
selected and go to Effects, Plugins,
Sybia, Xaggerate and apply the
following settings;

11. Keep
selected and apply a Drop Shadow. Go
to Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow
and choose the jcc-softglo preset
then apply it. Selections and select
none.

12. Open
jccexamp4- image and then Edit, Copy
and go back to your original image
and paste it in the lower left hand
corner of your canvas as a new
layer. Reduce the Opacity of
this layer to about 70% on your
Layer Palette.
13. Apply
the jcc-softglo Drop Shadow, go to
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow,
but change the Vertical to 5 and
Horizontal to -5.
14. Go to
Layers and add a new Raster Layer,
name it Brush1. Set your
foreground color to #ffCEC7 and set
your background to the
jcc-etchedgold pattern.
15. Get
your Paintbrush and find the
jcc-btyelegance1 brush and apply it
to the left size of your image.
15. Apply
the same drop shadow as you did in
step 13.

16. On
your layer palette, Merge all Layers
visible.
17. Now
you can add your text. I used
Al Charisma.tff for my tag with the
following settings;
Foreground set
to jcc-etchedgold pattern and
Background set to Null.

18. You
can resize your tag at this time if
you'd like and save it as a .jpg.
You are now
done! I hope you enjoyed this
lesson!
