Unzip
the files and put the Mask in your PSP
masks folder.
Install
the Jeux de Lignes- Enterlacement filter into your PSP plugin
folder.
Save
the Preset Shape to your PSP Preset Shapes
folder.
Save
tubes to your favorite tubes folder and
then open them in PSP 9.
Save
background strip and then open in PSP 9.
-------------------------------------------
1.
Open a new image 600 X 600 pixels with a transparent
background.
2.
Open your tattoo woman tube. Highlight, Copy
and Paste this tube onto the new canvas you made.
3.
Open your tulip tube, Highlight, Copy and Paste this
tube onto your new canvas. Position this tube
underneath your tattoo woman tube by going to
Layers, Arrange, Move to Bottom. Change the
opacity of this layer on your layer palette to 58 or
whatever you like best.
4.
Add a new raster layer and send this layer to the
bottom (Layers, arrange, send to bottom.)
Click on your flood tool and fill this layer with
color #3d332b.
5. Go
to Effects, Text Effects, Blinds and apply the
following settings: Width=2, Opacity=27,
Horizontal and Light from Left/Top both checked,
color= #c4c6aa. See
example below.

6.
Add a new raster layer and name this layer "Mask"
then with your flood fill tool, fill it with Black
#000000, or a color of your choice.
7.
Go to layers, Load/Save Mask, then Load Mask from
disc. Click on the Nik-Abstract9 mask file and
apply with the following settings: Source
Luminance, Fit to canvas, and Show all Masks
checked. See sample below.

8.
Click on your layer palette and highlight the Mask
layer, right click and delete it. Highlight
the Mask layer again and right click then Merge group.
See example below.

9.
Make sure your group layer is still highlighted and
go to Effects, Image Effects, Page Curl and apply
the following settings; Color= white, Radius =
40, Width = 80, Height = 60, Edge Mode Color =
#594f49. See example
below.

10.
Merge visible the two bottom layers (mask group
layer and background layer.) Don't forget to X
out the two tube layers above before Merging.
11.
On your merged background layer, go to Plugins,
Effects, Jeux de linges, Enterlacement and apply the
default settings; Rouge, Vert and Bleu = 0,
Espacement = 2, Epaiesseur = 1, Opacite',
Verti/Horiz = 255, Inversion = 0. See
example below:

12.
Unlock the
transparency on your two tube layers by unchecking
the X in your layer palette so you can now see both
of your tubes ontop of your background layer.
Keep your Bottom layer highlighted.
13.
Click on your preset shape tool with the following
settings; Line width = 1, Anti Alias and
Create as a Vector both checked.

14.
Find the bc-decoborder1 shape from the dropdown
menu, highlight it and then click OK. Set your
foreground to pattern and chose the jcc-tatstrip1
and then set your background color to
#3b3129. Make a shape on your image
covering about 3/4 of it. Position it in the
middle of your canvas.

15.
Go to your layer palette, make sure your new preset
shape layer is highlighted, then right click and
convert this layer to a Raster Layer.
16.
Now it's time to add your Text. (You will not
need to add a new raster layer because when creating
text as a vector, it creates it's own layer that can
be converted to a raster later on.) I used Whisper.tff
font with the following settings:
Foreground pattern = jcc-tatstrip1, Background
Color = #3b3129, Create
as = Floating, Size = 72, Stroke = 1,
Anti-Alias = Sharp.

17.
Apply your text and position it wherever you like.
18.
Apply a drop shadow to your text. I used the
following settings;
18.
To finish the tag, I added a border of 2 pixels and
with my magic wand......selected the border and
flood filled it with jcc-tatstrip1.
Thats it!
You are now DONE and you can resize your tag at this
point if you'd like.
I hope you enjoyed this tutorial.
